Refund & Return Policy

Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

In line with EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. This applies to Originals, Merch, and Prints alike — a one-of-a-kind artwork does not automatically qualify for the EU's "made to your specification" exemption unless it was created as a custom commission at your specific request. To be eligible:

• The item must be returned in the condition it was received (unused/unworn for merch; undamaged for artworks and prints)
• Contact us at hello@iamzvqr.com within 14 days of delivery to initiate a withdrawal/return
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived faulty, damaged, or incorrect, or unless we failed to clearly inform you of this cost before purchase
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item, or of receiving proof it has been shipped back — whichever comes first

Custom Commissions

If you commission a custom piece from ZVЯR made to your specific request (not a pre-existing original), that piece may be exempt from the standard withdrawal right once work has begun, as permitted under EU law for made-to-order goods. This will be communicated clearly before you commit to a commission.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us at hello@iamzvqr.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they're defective or damaged. For a straightforward size exchange on merch, please initiate a return and place a new order.
