Processing Times

Some items may ship the same or next business day, if in stock. Made-to-order or currently out-of-stock items require production time before shipping — estimated production time will be noted on the product page. Orders within Bulgaria generally ship and arrive faster than EU orders.

Shipping Carriers & Delivery Options

We ship via Speedy (partnered with DPD for international delivery) and Econt (Bulgaria's largest courier network, with direct coverage extending into Greece and Romania, and partner-network delivery across the rest of the EU). At checkout, you'll be able to select your preferred delivery option and speed directly through the carrier's integration (e.g. standard delivery or express delivery, where available).

Delivery Areas & Estimated Times

• Bulgaria: 2–4 business days after processing
• European Union: 5–8 business days after processing

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email to follow your delivery through the courrier's tracking system.
