Shipping Policy

Where we ship
We currently ship to Bulgaria, all European Union countries, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Australia and New Zealand. If you live elsewhere and would like a piece, write to us at hello@iamzvqr.com and we’ll see what we can do.

Before checkout, choose your country in the “Shipping to” field in your cart so you see the right delivery options and prices.

Processing time
In-stock items are packed and shipped within 2 business days. Made-to-order or out-of-stock items need production time first; the estimate is shown on the product page.

Delivery options, prices and estimated times

  • Bulgaria (Speedy): delivery to a Speedy office or locker (€3) or to your address (€5). Free delivery on orders of €70 or more. Usually 1–3 business days after dispatch.
  • European Union (tracked shipping): price calculated at checkout based on your country and the weight of your order. Usually 3–8 business days after dispatch.
  • United Kingdom (tracked shipping): from €11, calculated at checkout. Usually 3–7 business days after dispatch.
  • United States (tracked shipping): from €14 (shown in USD), calculated at checkout. Usually 5–10 business days after dispatch.
  • Australia & New Zealand (tracked shipping): from €19 (shown in AUD/NZD), calculated at checkout by weight. Usually 6–10 business days after dispatch.

Where a free-shipping threshold applies to your country, your cart will show how close you are to it. Delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers and can be longer during holidays or due to customs processing.

Customs, duties and taxes

  • Bulgaria and the EU: no customs. All prices include VAT.
  • United States: import duties are prepaid by us, so there are no extra fees on delivery.
  • United Kingdom: UK import VAT and any applicable charges may be collected by the carrier on delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Packaging
Every piece is packed by hand. Prints and unframed originals travel flat, protected by rigid board; framed originals are boxed with corner protection. Originals and limited edition prints include a hand-signed Certificate of Authenticity.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel.

Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address and phone number at checkout. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be re-sent at the customer’s cost.

Damaged or lost parcels
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@iamzvqr.com with photos of the item and the packaging, and we’ll make it right (see our Refund Policy for details). If your tracking hasn’t updated for an unusually long time, write to us and we’ll investigate with the carrier.
