ZVЯR (also styled ZVQR) is the working name of Albena Ivanova, an independent ink artist based in Sofia, Bulgaria. All artwork, designs, and content on this site are original creations unless otherwise stated.

Copyright & Intellectual Property

Purchasing an original artwork, print, or piece of merchandise from ZVЯR does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights to the buyer. All artwork remains the intellectual property of Albena Ivanova / ZVЯR. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any image, design, or artwork without written permission is prohibited.

Product Descriptions

We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph our products, including original artworks, prints, and merchandise. Due to the handmade, ink-based nature of originals, slight variations in texture or paper may occur and are part of the piece's individual character rather than a defect.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in EUR and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely through Shopify's payment system at the time of purchase.

Limitation of Liability

ZVЯR is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of products purchased through this site.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria and applicable EU consumer protection regulations.
